INGREDIENTS:
500g Blue Marlin steak
2 tbps. Light soy sauce
1 tbps. Oyster sauce
1 tbps. Honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1pc. Lemon
Season with all spice powder (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except lemon. Lemon should be added 30 minutes before cooking. Marinate fish for at least 1 hour. Cook / grill for 15-20 minutes depends on the thickness of the fish.
CREAM MUSTARD SAUCE:
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Mustard
1 sm. Onion
1 tsp. Basil leaves
Salt and Pepper
